McQueen detects the surveillance, flees with Chloe, and contacts Foster to deliver an armed bomb to the embassy during negotiations with North Koreans. With under fifteen minutes, Scott and Stonebridge race to stop McQueen, battling a local gang. They rescue Chloe and arrest McQueen, but Locke fails to intercept Foster in time—the bomb detonates, killing both Foster and a North Korean general.
